Life of a Fool
Apr. 2nd, 2007 02:50 amAs you may have guessed, yesterday's entry was an April Fools' joke. There is no new book, and I will not take on another profile/interview project. I will, instead, be working on refining the book I've been working on forever, and return to seeking an agent and publisher, starting tomorrow night.
On Saturday, while walking with no destination, I ran into someone I knew from the poetry slams. I ended up walking around with him for a few hours before joining him to grill kielbasa outside at his friend's house. Sunday, I found that wearing a jester's cap on April Fools Day will get only few comments but many stares. And now that it's Monday, I have a new video for you. It's a rap video that I made with a friend from work.
The interesting thing about this video is that it's my entry into a contest for thousands of dollars. So if you, dear friend, were to not only watch this brand new video of ours (which I think you will enjoy), but then also log into YouTube and vote it a thumbs up before the week ends, and then pass the link along to any of your friends who might appreciate it so they can do the same, that would be quite handy.
