To Boston, To Boston...

winterborne (Thanks!), I shall be in Boston this weekend. Instead of passing through and missing 90% of the people I want to see (my usual modus operandi), I am announcing a dinner plan in advance so people can plan to join me for dinner if they're free. So, I will be dining this Saturday (the 18th) at 5:30 at Fire and Ice in Harvard Square, ideally joined by as many of you as are free then. As this is a buffet, I plan to stay a while, perfect for a social gathering.
I attempted to make a reservation for x, where x was a variable that is subject to wild fluctuation, but they weren't terribly keen on it. So if you do plan to join me (and if you're in Boston and have no plans, please do!), let me know by commenting here (or failing that, emailing me) by Thursday, so I can give them an actual number, or at least a reasonable approximation.
Maybe everyone in Boston knows where the restaurant is, if not you can call them at 617-547-9007 and get directions yourself, but it's Harvard Square, so I presume people will have no trouble finding it. Hope to see you then and there.
