Seth's Hot Cocoa Plus
(I never measure, but my retroactive guesses are in parentheses)
1 packet (serving/whatever) hot cocoa mix
1 splorp (2 tsp-ish?) cocoa powder
1 squeeze (1 tsp-ish?) cinnamon
1 dusting (1 tsp-ish?) cayenne pepper
1 sprinkle (2 tsp-ish?) mini chocolate chips (you could try regular, dunno if they'd melt fast enough though)
1 dribble (1 tsp-ish?) vanilla extract
Mix all the dry ingredients in the bottom of a large mug before adding the boiling water. You probably have all this stuff around the house anyway, so next time you're having instant cocoa, why not give this a go? It's a definite improvement, and not really much extra effort.
