It would sure get boring...

the_star_fish. But I totally could. Today we played board games and watched some DvDs, and now she's making Pad Thai. Which will be delicious, because pretty much everything we make these days is delicious. In the past few weeks we've done everything from sushi, to butter and garlic scallops with risotto, to coconut encrusted fish over crazy rice*, to salmon florentine.
*Crazy rice is rice with cashews and craisins. When I suggested this, I received Skeptical Face, but I persevered. I often receive Skeptical Face when I have an interesting food idea (such as salmon, strawberry, and cream cheese sushi), but my bizarre food ideas almost always** turn out great.
**You're probably thinking about the ice cream***. But in my defense, that totally could have worked.
***The flavor was Pineapple Coconut Surprise. Doesn't that sound delicious?
