(no subject)

I was going to go see Children of Men tonight with the_star_fish and some non-LJ friends. She fell ill, so I hitched a ride to said friends' house without her, where I found that one of them was also ill, so I didn't end up seeing the movie. However, I found a link to The 300 online, so I watched that. It was very silly, but fun.

stealthmuffin is a really, really good writer. That first paragraph above was going to be the beginning of a longer post, but I started reading her writing over an hour ago and I couldn't stop, so I'm just adding this paragraph to post now before I sleep. If my eyes didn't keep closing, I'd still be reading right now.

I Can't!

I can't check my email now because Gmail has been down for hours. I am irked. If this persists tonight when I want to be reading a large file I left on gmail, I will be more irked.

I can't enter BBSpot's 2007 Annual Geek Limerick Contest because I've been writing a weekly limerick for their website, and they want to avoid favortism. But you could enter; last year I won $40 of Amazon credit, which was quite handy.
