In addition to Perry Bible Fellowship and XKCD, I think I have to recommend SMBC as a hilarious non-episodic webcomic. There are various episodic webcomics I enjoy, from Order of the Stick to Stick Figure Hamlet, but sometimes you just want a comic where each page is a self-contained box of hilarity.

And SMBC is consistently entertaining.
