Want to live in scenic North Adams?

dooneling is moving out, so my house now has space for another person. (I've had two other people here before, but I prefer having just one other person because it still gives both people plenty of space.) I'm too paranoid to rent to random strangers, but if any of you fine folk wanted a place to live in the Berkshires that's easy walking distance from everything in town from the supermarket to the hospital, you should let me know. If you have a friend for whom you can vouch that would be interested, you should let me know that too. No pets, no smoking.
