Oh right, this exists.

I forget this site exists, but having just joined WT:Social (the Wikipedia guy's new social network), I remembered there is already a Facebook alternative right here on Dreamwidth. Admittedly, I also remembered why I'm not here, which is that there is only a single person on my reading list posting in the past two weeks, although it's possible more friends of mine have joined and posted and I don't know they exist. Regardless, while I am glad I have this account and joined the new network just in case, the fact of the matter is I am a sheep who will go wherever the vast majority of the people I know end up, and so far that's still Facebook.
