Apparently I make a compelling argument.

Tonight I was doing something I knew was stupid, namely watching a bad anime on Netflix simply because it was going to be removed in two days. And I could tell after the first episode that it was bad, but I kept watching a few more. Then I decided to write a column about why this was a bad idea. And then when I finished the column I decided not to watch the rest of the episodes. So I'm glad I'm capable of convincing me of things.

Clearly, my next step should be to write a column about why I should write my damn book.
