Jiggity Jig
Home again. Went to visit my parents over the weekend for my dad's birthday. Which was pleasant, even if in spite of being in my 30s, my mom made me clean my room. You can read a bit more about chatting with my dad, which pun-appreciators definitely should. A very brief jaunt to Boston (and Providence) let me catch up with some friends, which is always lovely even if it always feels too fleeting. the_star_fish and I went out for dentistry, Taco Bell, and skee-ball, a triumverate that surely qualifies as a highly romantic date.
ultiville had mentioned to me that his game shop was looking for demoers, so I may be demoing board games at PAX East next month, which should be fun. Meanwhile, there's a poetry open mic next Tuesday, and I'm performing in an improv show in Lee next Friday night, so plenty to look forward to, with terror.
