How is it already December?

As usual, I'm feeling behind on everything. Heck, two weeks ago I was so far behind that for my column I just used some old correspondence with a Nigerian scammer. Last week I wrote about some great ideas I had, and admittedly one of them was that local people with nothing better to do should come to my book reading/signing event at Papyri this Friday night. (I'll be doing some non-book-related stuff as well.)

Also, I, uh, sort of mainlined the entire 51 episodes of Full Metal Alchemist over the past week.

Also also, pallasathene82 linked me to this brief report saying nocturnal folk have high IQs. I don't really want to argue scientific merits or correlation, I just want to smile about it and re-post it at 4:23 in the morning.
