New Year Revelries

abka left a few hours ago, thus marking an end to the multi-day annual New Years celebration that we have here in my little corner of the world. This year was pretty much everything I could have wanted. While I was, of course, saddened that a few regulars were unable to attend this year, it was great to see everyone and hang out.
Highlights for me:
* Screening of my music video, which people seemed to like yay. Vague plans to make another in 2010.
* Two Oracle games filled with hilarity. Most of my lines got more groans than laughs, but I will share my favorite one with you. Previous statement: "In David Copperfield's Pants." My Question for it: "Where the Dickens?"
* Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese
* Hearingyaoobruni making a Wittgenstein joke, after having had an earlier private conversation with ethicsgradient about Wittgenstein. How often do two people unrelatedly talk to you about Wittgenstein in the same day?
* Good conversations with many people on various subjects ranging from law to tattoos to philosophy to relationships to cheese.
Now I must return to reality. Alas.
