To Be Or Not To Be
Aug. 28th, 2009 03:43 pmThat is the question. My friend Dan, the creator of Stick Figure Hamlet, has finally put this masterwork in book form. More info at his journal, but let me assure any Hamlet fans among you that "to buy or not to buy" is no question. If you can tell a hawk from a handsaw, you know you want this book.
It's weird constantly changing scope of things. Sometimes I'll be sitting around writing something little and feeling like I really ought to be doing something big and world-changing. Other times I'll be worrying about all sorts of complicated things, and then calm myself down by focusing on the simple basics of my life, which I enjoy quite a bit. Still, this change of scope is a much healthier and smaller oscillation than I dealt with a decade ago, where certain things would alternately seem to me "the only thing that really matters" and then "completely worthless".
