Things that are good
Mar. 16th, 2009 02:03 pm* Edy's Samoa-flavored ice cream. No, it doesn't taste like Samoans, or even Samoan Girl Scouts. But it has chunks of those girl scout cookies in it, and is delicious.

pallasathene82. After weeks of having my computer randomly lock me out and request a password I kept trying to turn off, she pointed me to somewhere that would stop it.
* The USA Today. They have published the book review that I wrote a while ago about a book on leaving your corporate job to do what you like. Granted, the book's author started as a wealthy lawyer, and my review got edited in half, but still.
* The Alley. They'll be hosting a poetry slam this Thursday night, just another in the long list of events that stands as counterexample for cityfolk who constantly talk about how living here must be so boring because there's nothing to do. Still haven't decided whether to write a new poem in the next few days, or just do one written and one freestyle.
*the_star_fish, obviously, would go without saying atop any list of good things in my life, but having just finished some particularly tasty seafood lasagna that she made, I figure it deserved special mention.
