Singing

In general, I don't like listening to singing. For example, I went to see Prairie Home Companion at Images on Tuesday, and while it had some bits I really enjoyed (read: bad jokes), I thought it was too slow, probably with too much singing. But I guess this is balanced by my enjoyment of singing when I make up the words. I wrote a column about Exhibit One, and Exhibit Two is was a delightful walk I had with [livejournal.com profile] eeblet and [livejournal.com profile] malinalda last night where we sang infinite blues and a canon about how the Eeblet-tree had to be killed for horrible ornamentation. You pretty much had to be there.

Anyway, after failing to find campus people Tuesday night, I went and watched Neverwhere with [livejournal.com profile] the_star_fish. Yes, it's a bit cheesy, but much less so than the old Hitchhiker's. Wednesday night, all of the aforementioned people joined me and J. to play Shadows over Camelot, where once again we combatted the treacherous traitor King [livejournal.com profile] winterborne, although this time we were victorious. And tonight, though I still call it Thursday Tea, I imagine people who show up will likely prefer ice cream or cookies or cheese and crackers. (And yes, you're invited.)

People who don't care about computer/electronics news will also not care about my limericks in this week's BBSpot Mailbag.
