Sinking to new depths

So, today I took a day off of work because I really need to make progress on the book. However, I heard that the boss was considering ordering pizza for the office!

Bad timing, you say? Nonsense.

I went to work, delivered a hat to a friend, ate some pizza, and left. The fact that the boss saw me and shook his head in disgust may or may not bode well, but the pizza was tasty and dammit, I've earned it.

Mmmm... pizza.
