Housing, anyone?

So, walked through the house today, and while the kitchen cabinetry has certainly been spiffified, apparently there's still a whole shitload wrong with the house that my lawyer chose not to ask the guy to fix, which is apparently just my problem and tough luck.

Actually, tough luck is my lack of housemates for both my new house and the apartment I'm leaving but have a lease on through next summer. So if you know anyone who needs a place to live in the Berkshires...
